Help Us Bring Skateboards to Local Youth Through Rollin’ From The Heart
This year, Rose Street Skateshop is proud to participate in Cowtown S.K.A.T.E.’s annual Skateboard Angel program — a nationwide effort to get quality skateboards into the hands of kids who might not otherwise have access. Last year, the Skateboard Angel community helped deliver over 1,700 new skateboards to young skaters, and the goal for this season is even bigger.
Who We’re Supporting:
For our contribution, we’ve chosen to support Rollin’ From The Heart, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit based here in Encinitas. Rollin’ From The Heart provides mentorship, positive community, and the joy of movement to at-risk and disadvantaged youth through skateboarding, surfing, and outdoor programs. They work with kids facing economic hardship, social challenges, and mental-health stress — offering an environment where they can build confidence, stay active, and experience the support of a strong community.

Give whatever you can — even small amounts go far. For example, around $45 sponsors a full skateboard, and $60 covers a complete setup plus a helmet for a kid in need.
Every donation goes toward getting skateboards into the hands of local youth through Rollin’ From The Heart’s programs. By donating, you’re not just giving a deck or a helmet. You’re giving confidence, community, and a sense of possibility.
